Seedless lime (lime without seeds) is a special kind of fruit from Vietnam. The seedless lime is bigger than normal lemon, it is about 6cm in diameter, less fragrant and has no bitter taste like Vietnamese lemon. Seedless lime is often used to mix water or cooking ingredients. Seedless lime is mostly planted in Southern provinces (mostly in Long An province) under VietGap standards. Therefore, Vietnamese seedless lime can meet any requirement for export.
